Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with tags and original packaging where applicable.

Final sale items, gift cards, worn items, washed items, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, please contact us at service@cotopaxin.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
